Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

  Makes 2 1/4 cups of sauce, serving is 2 tablespoons
  Prep Time: 10 minutes
  Total Time: 25 minutes
  Ease of Preparation: Easy

  12 oz fresh cranberries (1 bag)
  1 cup sugar
  1 cup water

1. Wash and dry cranberries; remove any stems or blemished berries.

2. Combine cranberries, 1 cup of water and sugar in a sauce pan, bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer until the berries are soft.  This will thicken as it cools.
