Swift and Satisfying Veggie Sandwich

 1 whole grain Sandwich Thin
 ¼ c. alfalfa sprouts
 ¼ of a red tomato
 ¼ c. cucumber
 ½ tbsp. shredded carrots
 1 slice low fat provolone cheese
 1 tsp. honey mustard


Slice tomato and cucumber, and shred the carrot. Spread half of the honey mustard on each half of a Sandwich Thin. Top one half with remaining ingredients and the other half the Sandwich Thin.
