Spinach Dip

This is a tried and true party favorite especially served in a pumpernickel bread bowl.

  Makes 12 servings, about 1/3 cup each
  Prep Time: 10 minutes
  Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  Ease of Preparation: Easy

  1- 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach (thawed, and well drained)
  1- 8oz container fat free sour cream
  ½ cup fat free mayonnaise
  ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  ½ teaspoon onion powder
  ½ teaspoon ground celery seed
  ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and chill 2-3 hours before serving.

2. Refrigerate left overs.
