Smokey BBQ Burgers

   Makes 6 burgers, 2/3 cup each
   Prep Time: 5 minutes
   Total Time: 20 minutes


   1 lb 90-93% lean ground beef
   1 lb 90-93% lean ground turkey
   1 teaspoon liquid smoke
   1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
   1/4 cup BBQ sauce ( your choice – we like hickory smoke)

   1. Mix the meats together so they are one uniform meat.

   2. Add the liquid smoke, garlic powder and BBQ sauce and mix well.

   3. Divide equally in to 6 paddies (2/3 cup each).

   4. Put on medium-high grill and cook to desired doness.
