 Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
  Makes 3/4 cup, serving size is 2 tablespoons
  Prep Time: 5 minutes
  Total Time: 10 minutes

  1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  1 teaspoon fresh Ginger (finely grated)
  1 clove Garlic (finely grated)
  1 tablespoon Honey
  Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  1/3 cup Olive Oil
  2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil

  1. In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.

  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and toasted sesame oil

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
