Pumpkin Smoothies

Sweet-treats!  Whip this up in just minutes with pumpkin, soymilk and yogurt.
 Makes 3 servings about 1 cup each
 Prep Time: 5 minutes
 Total Time: 6 minutes
 Ease of Preparation: Easy


 1 ½ cups light vanilla soymilk
 ¼ cup cold canned pumpkin – not pumpkin pie mix
 6 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt
 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
 ¼ teaspoon vanilla


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process for about 1 minute, until the consistency suits you. Pour into glasses and serve.
