Nuts and Bolts

  Makes 48 servings (1/2 cup per serving)
  Prep Time: 10 minutes
  Total Time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Ingredients
 ¾ cup margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
 1 teaspoon celery salt
 1 teaspoon onion salt
 1 teaspoon garlic salt
 
4 cups cheerios
 2 cups rice chex
 2 cups wheat chex
 5 oz stick pretzels
 2 cups whole grain gold fish
 1 12 oz can of mixed nuts (lightly salted)

Preparation
1.Melt margarine in a small sauce pan and add the next 5 ingredients (through garlic salt).

2. In a large bow mix the cheerios through mixed nuts. Pour margarine mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir to coat the cereal. 

3. Spread the mixture on 3 or more baking sheets and put in a 2250 oven for 45 minutes.  Take it out and remix in a bowl. Spread on baking sheets again and bake another 45 minutes.
