Jamaican Jerk Chicken

This is an easy recipe with great flavor.
  Makes 2 servings, ½ breast each
  Prep Time: 2 minutes
  Total Time: 15 minutes
  Ease of Preparation: Easy

  1 teaspoon olive oil
  2 tablespoons Lime juice
  ½ teaspoon Jamaican Jerk seasoning (like McCormick)
  2 chicken breast halves


Heat oil in pan.  Rub chicken breasts with lime juice and sprinkle with jerk seasoning.  Add chicken to pan and cook over medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes turning once.  Be sure the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
