12 oz fresh cranberries (1 bag)
1 seedless orange with rind
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
1. Wash and dry cranberries; remove any stems or blemished berries. Wash orange and cut into quarters or eighths.
2. Using a food processor put half of the cranberries and oranges in and pulse until the desired consistence. Pour into another bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange pieces. Add sugar to cranberry mixture to taste.
3. Chill for a few hours before serving, this allows the flavors to blend.
