A classic family favorite. To add whole grains add 1/2 cup of cooked wheat berries in step 1.

2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups broccoli florets
1-10.5 ounce can reduced sodium fat free cream of chicken soup (like healthy request)
1-10.5 ounce can reduced sodium fat free cream of mushroom soup (like healthy request)
¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
½ cup fat free sour cream
1 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons sherry
2 cups light cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup grated reduced fat Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Bread crumbs
1. Combine the chicken, broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and sherry in a bowl with 1 cup of shredded cheddar and ¼ cup of Parmesan. Put chicken mixture into a 9X13 inch baking dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheeses on top of mixture with 1/4 cup bread crumbs then bake for 15 minutes longer, until cheeses melt and begin to brown.
