Blueberry Dump Cake

This cake is a favorite of Terrylisa’s. Here we have lightened up the original to reduce the calorie, fat and salt content.  We’re very excited about the wonderful flavor in the lighter version.

  Makes 12 servings
  Prep Time: 30 min
  Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
  Ease of Preparation: Easy

   1 box Yellow cake mix (light)
   1 egg
   ½ cup light stick margarine at room temp

   1-8 oz, pkg cream cheese (low fat)
   2 lg eggs
   2 cups powdered sugar
   1 tablespoon vanilla extract
   1-21oz can of Blueberry Pie filling

   ½ cup sugar
   ½ cup flour
   ½ cup light stick margarine at room temp
   ½ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 
2. Mix ingredients for crust, pat into 9 x 13 greased pan.
3. With electric mixer, mix well all ingredients for filling. Pour over crust.
4. Mix ingredients for topping until crumbly, Sprinkle over filling.

 5. Bake at 350 until golden brown, probably 45 minutes. Please check before 45 minutes is up, because baking time differs from oven to oven.
